Executive Team


Eric J. Altschul, Chief Executive Officer, ABC Global Services

Eric has more than 20 years of travel industry expertise in both leisure and corporate travel distribution, and a strong track record applying innovative marketing and technology strategies to help travel professionals work more effectively and efficiently.

Prior to becoming CEO of ABC Global Services, Eric managed Thomas Cook North America’s Leisure Distribution business, growing the company’s retail and e-commerce business from $120 million in sales and 130 employees to $650 million in sales and more than 700 employees.  He joined Thomas Cook North America (formerly MyTravel North America) in 2006 as a consultant to the CEO, and became Senior Vice President in 2008, overseeing strategy for several companies, including ABC Global Services.

Eric also held senior-level positions with American Express in its Supplier Relations Group and as Vice President of its U.S. Consulting Services business, focusing on strategic planning, innovative marketing strategies, M&As, and building industry relationships.  He was twice named a rising industry star by Travel Agent magazine.

Prior to Thomas Cook, he was an independent consultant, working for clients such as Delta Air Lines, Cendant Hotels, Forte Hotels and Pegasus Solutions among others.



Klayton KillionKlayton Killion, Executive Vice President, Hotel & Supplier Relations

Klayton is responsible for the effective operations and ongoing development of ABC Global Services’ portfolio of core products and services that meet the varied needs of the company’s global customer base.  Having joined ABC in 1994, this 30-year industry veteran has successfully integrated process improvements, technology enhancements, and productivity programs to ensure subscribers receive the highest possible service levels. Klayton has helped ensure that ABC’s attention to customer service excellence and quality improvement has contributed significantly to the organization’s satisfied customers, high retention and ongoing success.  He is strategically focused on evaluating and preparing ABC Global Services for the next evolution in technology to best support customers. 

Killion’s career began at Marriott International, based at one of the hotel chain’s largest call centers.  While there, he honed his skills and industry knowledge, moving from reservations agent to director of operations.
